Our place is in Katwariya Sarai, over in the Hauzkhas area. It’s a lively and somewhat crowded part of New Delhi. We’ve been here at the 110016 pin code for quite some time now. The streets are narrow and there’s always some kind of commotion happening outside our door. It’s a very local, down-to-earth feel. We aren’t located in one of those big glass and steel buildings. It’s just a regular spot where we do our daily work. We know most of the neighbors and the people who run the little tea shops nearby. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make it work. We don’t have a big corporate setup or a team of secretaries. It’s just us and the equipment we need. Most of our day is spent handling the usual tasks and talking to people who walk in. Hauzkhas is a great area to be in, even with the constant traffic and noise. We’ve seen a lot of other businesses come and go, but we’re still here in the same spot. Our office is simple and purely functional. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. We just try to be honest about our work and keep things moving. If you’re looking for us, we are right in the heart of the Sarai. It’s easy to find if you know the area.
