Safdarjung Enclave is a nice part of town, and my clinic is located at K-62 in Humayunpur. It’s a bit of a quiet residential pocket compared to the main markets. I’ve been practicing here as a doctor for quite a while now. The clinic isn't like those big corporate hospitals you see in the city center. It’s a modest space with some plastic chairs for patients and a desk that’s seen better days. I usually start seeing people in the morning, and the waiting room gets a bit cramped when three or four families show up at once. You can hear the neighborhood kids playing outside on the street while I’m talking to a patient. We keep all the medical records in these big physical files tucked away in cabinets. My assistant, who has been with me for years, knows exactly where everything is, even when the system feels a bit messy to an outsider. People come in for all sorts of things, mostly common colds or check-ups. We try to keep things calm and straightforward. There’s a small pharmacy nearby where I send folks for their medicine. It’s a very local way of doing things. I live not too far away, so I’m part of the community here in Safdarjung Enclave. It’s not about being the biggest clinic; it’s just about being here when the neighbors need a bit of medical advice or help.
