Our unit is B1/F8 inside the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate right off Mathura Road. If you have ever been on Mathura Road, you know how the traffic can be, so we always try to get in before the rush starts. Maspar Industries Pvt.Ltd. occupies this space and it is mostly filled with materials and people moving things around. The industrial estate is huge and sometimes the delivery drivers get lost trying to find our specific block. We have a lot of stairs and the hallways are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we are carrying heavy loads. There is no big reception area here. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out among the stacks of boxes. We have a small office section where the phone rings quite a bit, but most of the action is in the back where the actual work happens. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners and the fans hum all day long. We have worked with some of the same people for a long time and we have a routine that works for us. It is not a glamorous setup, but it is steady. We handle a lot of different tasks every day and things can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big job. We just focus on getting the work out the door.
