Sharda Motor Ind Limited is located at D-188 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase. This is a very large facility because we do a lot of heavy manufacturing for the automotive sector. The building is an older industrial structure that takes up quite a bit of space on the street. When you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the smell of machinery and the heat from the production lines. We make various metal parts for cars, so there is a lot of stamping, welding, and assembly going on at all hours. It is definitely not a corporate office environment. Our team consists mostly of factory workers and engineers who spend their shifts on the floor. We have been a part of Okhla for many years and have seen the area change around us. The building itself is very functional, designed for moving heavy loads and housing large equipment. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy reception area. If you come for a visit, you will likely see trucks being loaded with parts and people in work clothes moving quickly to meet their targets. It is a tough, busy environment where we focus on hitting our production numbers and making sure the parts are made correctly. We just get on with the work every day and keep the machines running to fulfill our contracts.
