We have been operating out of the Okhla Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Our spot is at the DDA Sheds A-77 in Phase II. It is a busy place, and the energy in the estate is always high. We mainly focus on silicone products and everything that goes into making them. The day starts early for us because the traffic in Okhla gets pretty bad if you don't beat the rush. Our shed is not some high-tech lab; it is a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. There are tools everywhere and the smell of materials in the air. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. They know exactly what to do without being told. We don’t really do fancy meetings or corporate presentations. Instead, we usually just stand around the main table and figure out the day's tasks. Sometimes the shed gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. People around here know us as Silicone Concepts Intl P Ltd. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in Phase II, but we are still here, doing our thing every day at A-77.
