Start with the location. It’s at Rose Apartments in the Paryavaran Complex, right off Ignou Road. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, though technically it touches the Haryana border area too. Manju Mehra runs things from here at 10 Iv/A-85. We use this mostly for correspondence as the address says. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is easy enough to find if you know the landmark near the Ignou campus. People usually just call ahead before dropping by because the complex can be a bit of a maze if it's your first time visiting us. It is not some big fancy office building with a glass front, just a regular place where work happens every day. Sometimes the mail gets confused because of the New Delhi and Haryana overlap in the records, but we make it work. Most days are just spent handling whatever comes across the desk. We don’t have a big team of people in suits. It is just Manju and the day-to-day tasks that need doing. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the signs for the complex. There’s usually some traffic around the apartment gate, so give yourself a few extra minutes. We keep things pretty simple here. No big speeches or complicated rules. Just a local spot where the job gets done. The apartment has been our base for a good bit of time. It feels more like a home office than a corporate setup, which is fine by everyone here.
