Glitters

Glitters is our small shop located right on the Ring Road in Naraina, specifically at C-1-14. It is a very busy spot because of all the cars and trucks constantly flying past on the main road. The shop itself is not very big, but we try to fit a lot of items onto the shelves. We sell various gift items and some decorative things that catch the eye. Because we are so close to the road, a lot of dust comes in, so we are always wiping down the glass cases. It feels like a never-ending task. We have been here for a few years and the neighbors are all quite friendly. The tea stall nearby is where we get our drinks every afternoon. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes when a new delivery arrives. We do not have any polished sales pitches for people who walk in. Usually, we just let them look around at their own pace. If they need help, they ask. The lighting in the back corner is a bit dim, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It is a simple business run by a few of us. We close up around eight and head home like everyone else. It is a decent way to make a living and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces that stop by every now and then.
