Chameleon Accessories

We are based out of E-597 in Greater Kailash-Ii. It is a nice enough spot in South Delhi, though finding parking around here can be a real pain during the day. Chameleon Accessories is basically a small operation where we look at a lot of samples and try to figure out what looks decent. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on different materials like fabrics and metals. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we are just sitting around a table covered in swatches trying to make a decision. The office is usually a bit messy with prototypes and sketches lying everywhere. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us who handle the design and the logistics side of things. We try to stay on top of the schedule, but things often run late in this industry. It’s a lot of back and forth with the workshops. Sometimes a color doesn't come out right or a strap is too short, and we have to start all over again. That's just the reality of making accessories. We like being in GK-Ii because it's central, but it gets very busy. We don't do much in the way of big events. We just work on the current collection and try to get it ready for whoever is buying. It's a steady pace, and we mostly just stick to what we know and keep working hard to finish our daily tasks.
