Maa Associates

Maa Associates is based at K-1/43 in Chittaranjan Park. This is a residential area, so it’s got a different feel than a typical office block. We work out of a space that feels more like a home than a company headquarters. There are plants near the entrance and the sound of the neighborhood in the background. We’ve been at this address for a long time. People around here know the name. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are. Inside K-1/43, it's pretty cozy. We have our desks set up and the shelves are full of files from years of work. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the printer acts up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. The atmosphere is relaxed. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the day's tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in ties. It’s just us, sitting in Chittaranjan Park, handling what needs to be handled. We like the pace here. It allows us to actually talk to people instead of just rushing them through a system. It might take us a little longer to get back to an email, but we always do eventually.
