We are located in Kalkaji, specifically at the Old Double Storey area, block A 269. M K Electronics Telecom Services has been operating from this spot for quite a while. If you know Delhi, you know how packed Kalkaji can get. The building is one of those older types, hence the old double storey name. We have wires and tools all over the place. It is not the neatest office you will ever see, but we know where everything is. Telecom work involves a lot of patience. Phones, lines, and connections always seem to have their own problems. We spend a lot of time on the phone ourselves or out checking on things. Being at A 269 means we have neighbors on both sides who have been here as long as we have. We do not really do much advertising. People usually just find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy equipment up and down can be a bit of a workout. Delhi summers are tough, but we keep the fans going. It is a small operation. Just a few of us trying to make sure the services keep running. We do not use big words or fancy promises. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We just keep plugging away at the work until it is finished.
