Lalit Art Studio

Our studio is tucked away on the third floor of E-5/5 in Malviya Nagar. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like it that way because it gives us some quiet. Being up here means we get some decent light for the art work, which is really important for what we do. We deal with all sorts of art projects, mostly things people ask us to design or create. The space is usually a bit of a mess with paint supplies, brushes, and half-finished pieces everywhere. That’s just how it goes when you’re actually working on things. We’ve been in Malviya Nagar for years now and know the local shops well. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if we’re carrying heavy frames or supplies, but we manage just fine. It’s a small team here, not a big corporate setup at all. It's just a studio where things get made by hand. We spend most of our time at the worktables under the lamps. People stop by sometimes to check on their orders, and we just show them what’s on the easel or the desk right then. It’s a very hands-on kind of place with a lot of creative clutter. We have some old chairs and a kettle that takes forever to boil. But the work gets done and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing art every day at our own pace.
