K M Advisors & Consultants (Opc) Private Limited is located over in the NRI Complex in Greater Kailash IV. We are in Flat Number 40 on the first floor. The complex is actually a decent place to work from. It is a bit quieter than the main road, which is good for when we have to concentrate on advisory work. We are a small operation, mostly handling things one at a time. The office has enough space for our desks and a small area for meetings. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular flat turned into an office space. We have been here for some time now. Dealing with consultants and paperwork takes up most of our day. We usually have a lot of documents to go through. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that is just part of working here in Delhi. We usually just grab lunch from home or find something nearby in the GK area when we need a break. It is a practical setup for what we do. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just come in, do the consulting work, and head home when the sun goes down. It's a steady pace. The NRI complex has its own vibe, and we’ve fit into it quite well over the years. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever comes through the door.
