We’re located in G-32 on the ground floor over in Sarita Vihar. It’s a nice enough area, and being on the ground floor saves us a lot of trouble with moving boxes around. We deal with fresh stuff, so we are always moving and checking things throughout the day. The space isn’t very big, just a few rooms where we manage the orders and keep an eye on everything. We started this because we wanted to be in the food business, and Sarita Vihar seemed like a good central spot to set up. There’s always someone coming in or out, whether it’s a delivery person or one of our small team members. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It just looks like a normal house from the outside until you see the crates. Sometimes the park nearby is full of kids playing, which is a nice backdrop to the workday. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Our desks are usually covered in notes and lists of what needs to be delivered next. It’s not a corporate office with a dress code. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of us live close by, so we don't have long commutes. It’s just a quiet, steady life running Jaipure Fresh from this little corner. We have a small table for tea breaks where we usually talk about non-work stuff to relax. Usually, we leave by six unless there is a late delivery coming in or something else happens.
