Okhla Industrial Area is where you’ll find us, specifically in Phase 1. It’s a pretty gritty and busy part of South Delhi, but it’s perfect for Jaina Marketing Associates. We are tucked away at D-182. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s all about industry and getting things done. There’s always trucks moving around and people rushing to get to their shifts. Our office is a bit of a mix of things. We handle marketing stuff, but it feels much more practical here than it would in a fancy high-rise building. We’ve been at this for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change quite a lot over the years. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable and get straight to work. The tea from the stall downstairs is actually pretty good if you know which one to go to. We spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating different projects for our partners. It gets pretty loud with the machines running in the nearby units, but you eventually get used to the rhythm of the place. We don't have a polished speech about what we do. We just help our associates grow their reach in a way that makes sense. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to finish up. We like being part of the Okhla buzz. It keeps us sharp and focused on the reality of running a business.
