Redstone Creations

We are located in the basement of B-133 in East of Kailash. Redstone Creations is what we call ourselves. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer but we have to keep the lights on all day. It’s a nice neighborhood, quite different from the industrial areas. There are trees on the street and it’s mostly quiet except for some cars passing by. We have a lot of samples scattered around the office. We use the space for designing and meeting people who want to see our work. The stairs down are a bit narrow so you have to be careful. Once you are inside, it’s a pretty functional space. We’ve got some tables for layout and a couple of computers. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a small group of us who enjoy what we do. East of Kailash is a good central spot. It makes it easy for people to reach us from different parts of Delhi. We spend most of our time thinking about new patterns and how to make things look different. Sometimes we get so busy we forget to go up for air. The phone rings a lot and we just handle things one by one. It’s not a corporate office. It’s more of a workshop feel where things are actually being made and discussed. That’s how we like it. We usually close up around seven and head home after a long day.
