Jai Ambe Properties Consultant is based at 74 Badarpur, right on Gyan Mandir Road. We are very close to Madina Masjid, which is a big landmark around here. If you find the masjid, you are basically at our doorstep. The street is always full of life, with kids playing and people heading to the mosque or the local shops. Dealing with properties in this part of town means we talk to a lot of neighbors and families. We know who is moving out and who is looking for a new spot to set up a shop. The office is a small room with a heavy wooden door that sticks sometimes when it’s humid. We keep a lot of records in big ledgers because that’s how we’ve always done it. It’s a bit messy with all the maps and property papers, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their cousins or friends. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood to look at different houses or plots of land. It’s a lot of walking, especially when it’s hot, but that is just part of the job on Gyan Mandir Road. We are just local people trying to help other local people find a place to stay. It’s not a fancy office, but the tea is usually hot and the doors are open to everyone.
