Ion Trading India Private Limited

Our office is on the 3rd floor of 52B in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III. This area is full of factories and workshops, so it is always noisy and there is a lot of dust in the air. We have been at Ion Trading India Private Limited for a while now, and we have grown used to the industrial vibe. The office is pretty straightforward—just a lot of desks, some whiteboards that are always covered in notes, and a small area where we keep our lunch boxes. We do not have any fancy furniture or a big lobby to impress people. We are more focused on the trading systems and technology we build. The lift in our building is a bit temperamental, so many of us just take the stairs to the third floor for the exercise. It is a hardworking environment where everyone is mostly focused on their own tasks. We have a few meetings every week to make sure we are all on the same page, but mostly it is just quiet work. Sometimes we order food from the local places around Okhla, which can be a bit of a gamble, but it is better than nothing. We are just a bunch of people trying to do a solid job in a busy part of the city. We don't make a big deal out of things; we just get on with it.
