International Steel Services

We operate out of A-19 in Kailash Colony. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels a bit more like a home than a big industrial site. Even though the name says steel services, we aren't melting metal here; we’re mostly doing the planning and the paperwork that comes with it. There’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and clients, mostly over the phone or through emails that never seem to end. The office is full of filing cabinets and stacks of blueprints that have seen better days. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about the day’s problems. Dealing with steel means there are always delays or price changes to manage, so things can get a bit stressful. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk surrounded by papers. We try to keep things simple and honest. We’ve been here in Kailash Colony for a good bit of time, and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big industrial estate. We just focus on our tasks, make sure the orders are correct, and try to get home at a reasonable hour. It’s a regular job like any other, dealing with the daily grind of the industry.
