Inditeelements Llp is located on the ground floor of house number C 6/44. It’s a pretty simple and humble setup. Since we’re on the ground floor, we see everyone coming and going in the neighborhood throughout the day. It’s not a corporate office park; it’s just a regular residential street. The office itself is one of those places that feels a bit like a workshop. We have our computers set up, but there’s also a lot of physical stuff lying around depending on what we’re working on. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just take on the projects that come our way and try to get them finished. It can get a bit cluttered sometimes, with boxes and papers taking up most of the extra space on the tables. We don't really mind the mess, though. It feels like a place where things actually get done. The front door is usually kept open if the weather is nice to let some fresh air in. We’re a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing at any given time. There’s no need for big memos or formal announcements. We just chat while we work. Sometimes the neighbors pop their heads in to say hello or ask a question. It’s a relaxed environment, but we stay busy. We’ve got our routine down, from the first cup of tea in the morning to locking up in the evening. It’s just a local business doing its thing.
