Chhatarpur Hill is a bit of a climb, and we are located at New No.D-2/76, right on the first floor. Gali No. 2 is one of those narrow lanes where you have to be careful how you drive or you'll get stuck. It’s a busy, dusty area with a lot of construction always going on nearby. Our office is an OPC, which means it’s a small, tight-knit operation. We don’t have a floor full of employees, just a few of us handling the trading side of things. The first-floor view is mostly just the building across the street and the power lines, but it’s our space and we like it. We deal with various trading goods, and the inventory sometimes spills out of the storage room into the main area where we sit. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and trying to track down the best deals. There’s no fancy lobby or air-conditioned waiting room here. If you visit, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a pile of invoices or checking some new stock that just arrived. We don't have a polished way of speaking or a corporate handbook. We just talk like regular people and try to solve the problems that come up every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how trading is when you’re right in the middle of it. We keep our heads down and work.
