We've been at the Panchsheel Enclave spot for a while now. It's on the third floor, right near the club, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. Most days we are just here at the office sorting through designs and talking to people about their houses. Home Concepts LLP isn't a massive corporate thing, just a group of us who work on making spaces look okay. Sometimes the traffic around New Delhi makes it hard for clients to visit, but we usually manage. We started this because we liked working with furniture and layouts. It's not always easy, especially when materials don't show up on time or the heat in South Delhi gets too much. We do a lot of sketching and planning on paper before anything actually happens on a site. There’s a lot of coffee involved. The space here in B-36 is where the planning happens. It’s quiet enough to think. We keep busy with local projects. People just stop by or call us when they want to change a room. It’s practical work. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. Just us doing the work. The building is a bit old but it works for us. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and deal with the day-to-day tasks. If you are near the enclave, you probably have seen the sign. That's about it really. Just a local business trying to get things right for people.
