Fresh Green Agri Tech Pvt Ltd is located over at Ansal Villas in Satbari. It is a bit of a greener area, which makes sense for the kind of work we do. We spend a lot of time thinking about plants and how to grow them better using different techniques. The team here is small, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at soil reports and the next I am fixing a leak in the irrigation setup. It is very hands-on work. We do not have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable for working outdoors or in the lab area. Satbari is a decent place to be based because it is not as congested as the main city. It gives us a bit of breathing room.
