Draa (Opc) Private Limited

You can find us over in Panchsheel Vihar, which is part of the Khirki Extension area in South Delhi. Our address is B-106 on the second floor. It’s a bit of a maze around here sometimes, with the narrow lanes and all the different buildings squeezed together, but that’s just the character of this part of Delhi. Draa (Opc) Private Limited is a small operation, and being an OPC means we don't need a massive office with hundreds of people. We have just enough room for our equipment and a place to sit. The building is a typical South Delhi structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We like being in Khirki because it’s close to everything but still has that local, slightly messy feel that makes it feel like a real neighborhood. There is always something going on outside, people moving around or deliveries being made. Inside, we just focus on the work. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate entity. We just want to do our work properly and stay in our own lane. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going and we just keep at it. It’s a practical space for practical people. If you’re looking for a shiny office with glass walls, this isn’t it, but we like our little spot on the second floor.
