Crustal Ads Private Limited is tucked away in Gali No-7 in Govindpuri, right on the ground floor of 859-C. It is a lively part of South Delhi and things are always moving around here. This office is actually part of Lakhmi Chand Gupta’s place, so it has a very lived-in, neighborhood feel rather than a stiff office vibe. You can hear the bikes going by in the lane and the neighbors chatting outside while we are working on ads. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of materials or people around, but we make it work. We spend our days mapping out campaigns and making sure things are actually moving for the people we work with. It isn’t always quiet, especially with the windows open to let in some air, but that is just Govindpuri for you. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make a pot of tea in the back or someone goes down the street to the local stall. Being in Kalkaji means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to run out and meet someone nearby. We have been here for a while and most of the regulars on the street know us by now. It is just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to do right by the people who hire us and keep the bills paid without making a huge fuss about it.
