You can find us in the basement of F 10 in Jangpura Extension. It is a decent space, though being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight during the day. We have set up our kitchen equipment and workspace here to handle all the daily tasks. Jangpura is a nice neighborhood with a lot of history, and we like being part of it. The walk down the stairs is familiar now, and we have our routine down to a science. We spend a lot of time working on kitchen-related projects, whether it is planning a layout or sorting out the gear needed for a client. It is often a bit noisy because of the ventilation fans we have to keep running, but you get used to the hum after a while. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it is just a small group of us making sure things run right. We keep a small stove for making our own tea and heating up lunch, which usually smells like home-cooked food by noon. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and we keep things friendly. The office is mostly filled with catalogs, tools, and a few desks tucked into the corners. It is a hardworking environment where we focus on getting the details right for every kitchen we deal with. It is simple, a bit crowded, and exactly what we need for our work here.
