Our office is located at 43 A in Okhla Phase 3. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s a big industrial and business hub. There are trucks moving around and people constantly on the go. We are right in the middle of all that activity. The building we’re in is pretty standard for the Okhla area—lots of concrete and functional spaces. Inside, we have our setup for handling the different parts of the business. It’s not a showroom or a place designed to look pretty for visitors. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and boxes. We deal with diagnostic stuff, so there’s a lot of technical equipment around too. The staff here are usually pretty busy, either on the phone or working on their computers. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in Phase 3 for a good while, and it's a decent spot for getting things shipped out or received. We don't have any big flashy signs on the street. People who need to find us usually have the address and know their way around the industrial estate. It’s a practical, working office where the focus is on the logistics and the technical side of things. There’s no corporate gloss here, just a group of people getting their work done every day in a busy part of town.
