Bajaj Capital

Bajaj Capital is located at Jg 33 in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar. This part of New Delhi is known for being quite crowded, with lots of narrow lanes and tall buildings squeezed together. Our office is tucked into one of these buildings on a busy street. It can be a little tricky to find for the first time if you aren't used to the layout of the extension. Once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street outside, though you can still hear the neighborhood. We have our workspace set up with the essentials—desks, chairs, and some cabinets for our files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they serve their purpose for now. We spend most of our hours here handling various tasks and talking to people. The area has a lot of energy, with shops and homes all mixed together. We usually get lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are often stacks of paper waiting to be filed and the occasional hum of a generator when the Delhi power grid gets overloaded during the peak of summer. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the way the front door sticks sometimes when it’s humid. It’s just a regular, hard-working office where we get through the daily grind in a very practical, non-fussy way.
