You can find us at Afii Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd over on the third floor of D 67 68 in Amar Colony. This is in the Lajpat Nagar 4 area of New Delhi, and it is a place with a lot of character. We moved into this space a while back because we needed a steady spot to handle our advisory work. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops nearby, which is nice when you need a break from looking at a computer screen. Our daily routine is pretty consistent. We come in early, sort through the mail, and start working on whatever business files are pending. It is a lot of administrative stuff and making sure companies have their paperwork right. The office is lived-in, with stacks of paper and empty tea cups on the desks. We do not really bother with making things look perfect for visitors. It is a workspace first and foremost. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighbors are moving things around, but we just keep at it. We are a small team and we know each other well, so the vibe is pretty relaxed. We do not use any fancy management talk. We just discuss what needs to get done over a cup of coffee and then we do it. Lajpat Nagar 4 is a busy place, and we are glad to be part of the community here. It is just a regular office where we work hard and try to stay organized.
