3 Plus Ventures Private Limited

3 Plus Ventures Private Limited is down on the ground floor at S NO-1-B in Hauz Khas. Most people think of the village and the parks when you say Hauz Khas, but we are in a more regular, everyday part of the neighborhood. It is in South West Delhi, 110017. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because we don't have to deal with stairs when we are carrying things in. We can see people walking by outside the window all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty and we have to wipe down the desks every morning, but that is just part of being in Delhi. We have been here at this address for a long time. The office has some old furniture that we have collected over the years. It isn't a flashy space at all. We just have our desks, some metal cabinets for files, and our computers. The air conditioner is a bit old and hums loudly when it is hot outside, but we have all gotten used to the noise. We don't have any big corporate signs out front. Just a small nameplate on the door so people know they have found the right place. We usually grab our lunch from the small food shops around the corner. There is always a lot of energy on the street. We have a small corner for a kettle and some cups. That is pretty much it. We show up, work, and go home.
