If you head down to Bathu Basthi in Port Blair, you’ll find us on ATR Road. It’s right there in the Garacharama area. The weather here in the islands is always humid, so the fans are always going full speed. We’ve got this spot near the main road where the buses pass by. It gets noisy. We focus on the food and getting orders out fast. There isn’t much to the decor, just some basic seating and the kitchen counter. People come in from the market nearby, usually looking for a quick bite before they head home. We’ve been at this address for a bit. The street outside is always busy with people moving around. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage. We keep the counters wiped down. You can smell the spices from the road. The Garacharama area has a lot of foot traffic. We see families and workers mostly. It’s a practical place, no bells or whistles. We handle the lunch crowd, then clean up for the evening.
