Neorgan Integrated Farm Llp

Neorgan Integrated Farm Llp is our small business. We are located in Ramchandrapur, House Number 199, which is in the Diamond Harbour area of South 24 Parganas. It’s a pretty specific spot to find us. We do integrated farming, which just means we try to do a bit of everything on the land. We’ve got different things going on at the same time, which keeps us very busy. Diamond Harbour is a busy place, and being in Ramchandrapur puts us right in the middle of things. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just a few of us working at House Number 199 and the surrounding land. Some days are spent fixing fences or checking on the plants, and other days we have to sit down and do the accounts for the Llp. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s ours. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just grow things and try to run a decent farm. Sometimes the salt in the air from being near the water makes things difficult for certain crops, but we learn as we go. We aren’t experts, just people who have been doing this for a while and want to keep doing it. Neorgan is just our way of putting a name to the work we do every day. We’re just here in South 24 Parganas, trying to make it work. It’s a lot of physical labor but we wouldn't have it any other way.
