Greenery Eco Farmer Private Limited is over in Village Kochua. We are based at the home of Sk Md Firoze. The post office for our area is Herobhanga, and we are in the South 24 Parganas district. We are mostly interested in eco-friendly ways of farming. It is not always easy and it takes a lot more time than the usual way, but it is what we wanted to do. Our village is a good place for it. Kochua is quiet and everyone knows what we are trying to do at Firoze’s place. It’s a small private company, just a few of us working together. We don't have a lot of money for big machines, so a lot of the work is done by hand. Herobhanga is where we go for our supplies and to send out mail. South 24 Parganas is a big district but we stay close to home. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. If you come looking for Greenery Eco Farmer, just ask for Firoze in Kochua. We are usually out in the back or in the fields. It’s a simple way of living and working. We just want to keep things green and do our part for the land around here. It can be tiring, but seeing the plants grow without all the chemicals makes it worth it. We are just a small group of people trying to do things a bit differently in our little corner of the world.
