Acc Limited

Acc Limited operates out of the village of Jhawkhali in the South 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. We’re pretty easy to find if you know the village at all, as we’re at the home of Rajeswar Das’s son. It’s a rural area, so don't expect a big office building or a paved parking lot. We do all our work from here, surrounded by the green fields and the general quiet of the countryside. The pin code is 743611. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Our setup is as basic as it gets—just a few desks, some chairs, and our filing cabinets. We don't have any corporate polish or fancy mission statements to show off. We just try to do our work honestly and keep things moving every day. Being in West Bengal, we have to deal with the heavy humidity and the monsoon rains, but that’s just part of life here. We don't need a lot of space or expensive equipment to do what we do. People around the village know us well, and we often help out our neighbors where we can. It’s a very different vibe than working in a big city like Kolkata. We really like the slow pace and the fact that we can just be ourselves without any pretension. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or act like we're big shots. We’re just local people doing our bit for the community.
