Our place is out in Kundli, right on G.T. Road in the Piao Maniyari area. If you’ve driven past Sonepat, you know how much dust and noise there is from all the trucks. We’ve got our setup here for polymer work. It is a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but this is where the industry is. We spend our days dealing with plastic granules and molds. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad in the shed, but that is just part of the job in this part of Haryana. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There isn’t a lot of sitting around. Usually, there's a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate, which causes a bit of a scramble. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of samples lying around. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with new factories popping up everywhere. We just focus on our own orders and try to stay on schedule. Most of our lunch breaks are just quick meals brought from home. It's hard work, and by the end of the day, we are all pretty tired. But it's a living, and we’ve built a steady rhythm here over time.
