Saroha Construction Private Limited

Saroha Construction Private Limited is based in Sonipat. Our office is actually Flat No. A3-1001 in the Vardhman Gardenia complex in Sector-10. It’s a high-rise apartment building, so we have a pretty good view of the area from up here. We are quite close to B.M College, which is a major landmark that everyone in Sonipat knows. Working out of an apartment like A3-1001 gives us a bit of a different feel than a standard office block. It’s quieter and feels more like a home base. We’ve set up our workspace in the main rooms, with tables and all our project files spread out. The 131001 area has been growing fast, and being in Sector-10 puts us in a good spot to see that growth firsthand. We don't have any receptionists or fancy waiting areas. If you come by, you’re likely to just see us at our computers or talking on the phone with suppliers. It’s a very practical way to run things. We like being in Vardhman Gardenia because it’s secure and easy to get to. There’s nothing too formal about how we operate. We just focus on the construction work and keep our overheads low by staying in this flat. It’s a solid, honest place to work from, and it’s served us well since we started here.
