Jindal Realty Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the area around Sector 33, 34, and 35, right off the Narela Sonipat Road. It’s an interesting part of the region because there is a lot of development happening all at once. We spend our days tracking these changes and seeing how the land is being divided up. The Narela Sonipat Road is usually busy with trucks and people commuting between the two points. Our work involves a lot of site visits, often walking through dusty fields or half-finished buildings to show people what’s available. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather is bad, but it’s what we do. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what’s happening here. It’s just a lot of building and planning. We try to keep a close eye on the sectors we cover so we can give people actual information instead of just guesses. Our office isn’t in the middle of a big city center, but being out here near the sectors makes more sense for what we do. We meet a lot of different people, from farmers to city folks looking for a change. Everyone has their own idea of what they want. We just try to help them find something that works for their budget and needs. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are slow, and other days we don’t even have time to sit down. That’s just the nature of this work on the outskirts.
