Raretech Nirmaanverse Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of House Number 182/30 in Shyam Nagar. We are located right off Mehlana Road in the 131001 area. It is a busy part of town, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading out to work. Our office is not anything too special to look at, just a regular place where we keep our tools and paperwork organized. We spend a lot of time talking about construction and tech stuff because that is what we do. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It is pretty noisy outside with the traffic from the main road, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not trying to be the biggest company around. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. Most of the people around here know us by name. We get our tea from the shop down the street and usually eat lunch together in the back room. It is a simple setup. Being in this area means we see a lot of changes happening in the buildings around us. We just try to keep up with the pace. It is honest work, and we do not feel the need to dress it up with fancy words or big promises.
