Prasha Tools (India)

We’re over at 7-B in the Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we’ve got our machinery set up for making tools. It’s been our home for quite some years. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets really loud when it rains, you can barely hear yourself talk over the drumming sound. We have a small group of workers who know the machines inside and out. Usually, we start the day by checking the maintenance logs. There's always a bit of oil on the floor, no matter how much we sweep up. We have a small desk near the entrance where we keep the delivery notes and the ledger. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't really have a fancy waiting area for guests. If someone comes by, they usually just stand on the shop floor and talk to us while we work. The neighborhood is all factories and workshops, so there's a constant hum of activity all around. We get our supplies delivered once a week and that’s always a bit of a scramble to get everything stored away. We’re not a huge corporation, just a local tool shop doing what we know how to do. We take pride in just getting the work done right and making sure the tools we send out are decent for the customers.
