Parveen Industries Pvt Ltd is located over at the EPIP HSIIDC Industrial Estate, specifically across units 465, 466, and 467. Having three units side by side makes it easier for us to manage the different parts of our manufacturing work without everything getting too cramped. The industrial estate here is quite large, and it can feel a bit like a maze if you are not used to the numbering system. Most of our days are filled with the steady hum of machinery and the sound of things being moved around. It is a very hands-on environment. We have got a decent-sized team of people who have been with us for years, and we all just sort of know the routine by heart now. There is no corporate polish here; it is mostly just grease, metal, and hard work. The roads in the estate can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and during the rainy season, the puddles make things interesting for the delivery drivers. We do not do much in the way of big presentations or marketing stuff. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right and the orders are packed properly. It is a solid, honest place to work, and we prefer it that way. If you come by, you will likely see a lot of activity near the loading docks.
