Plus Creations Private Limited is located at 1304 in the H.S.I.I.D.C Industrial Estate in Rai. Being in an industrial zone like this means the surroundings are very different from a typical city office. There are big trucks moving in and out, the sound of various machines in the distance, and a general sense of industry all around us. Our building is a large, grey structure that’s built for work rather than looks. Inside, it’s quite spacious. We have our main production area and a small corner for the administrative stuff. It’s not a polished environment; the floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of a hum from the equipment. We don't have any fancy decorations or a lounge area. It’s a place where people come to work hard. The weather can make it a bit tough sometimes, as it gets very hot in the summer and a bit chilly in the winter, but we’ve all gotten used to it. The Rai estate is pretty big, and we’ve been here long enough to know our neighbors and the best local spots for a quick meal. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it’s for the actual work we need to do. There’s no corporate fluff or mission statements on the walls. It’s just a straightforward industrial unit. We’ve been part of this estate for a long time, and it’s where we feel we belong. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place for a business like ours to be.
