You can find us in the village of Rohat, which is in the Sonipat district of Haryana. We are right there by the VPO. It’s a bit different from the big city offices you might see. Here, things are a lot slower and the air is a bit clearer. The name on the place is Kfc. We’ve been here in Rohat for a while, and most of the local folks know where we are. It’s a simple building, nothing too big or modern. We spend our time managing the day-to-day operations of this spot. It’s mostly about making sure things are clean and that everything is ready for whenever people stop by. Being in a village area means we know a lot of our customers by name. It’s not like those busy spots in Delhi where everyone is a stranger. We have a small staff from around the area. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, or the supply trucks are late because of the highway traffic. We don't have any fancy management styles. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The surroundings are mostly fields and small shops. It’s a peaceful place to work most of the time. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local business in Sonipat, doing what we do every day for the people who live here or are passing through.
