We are located in Village Nahri, over in Sonipat. The office is officially C/O Manoj Kumar, and it’s been our base for Jai Mata Ambe Real Estate Private Limited for some time now. Sonipat is a place that still feels like a community, even with all the development going on in Haryana-131103. Being in a village setting, things move at a slightly different pace than they do in the big city. We handle a lot of local real estate matters. Most of the people who come by are folks from around the area. We know the land here pretty well because we live here too. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical place to keep our records and meet people. Sometimes we have to drive out to the fields or check on some plots, so we aren't always sitting at the desk. It gets dusty in the summer and cold in the winter, but that’s just how it is. We don't use any fancy talk or big promises. We just tell people what the situation is with the land and help them with the paperwork. It’s a simple business. We grew up around these parts, so staying in Sonepat felt like the natural thing to do. There is a lot of history in this soil and we see how it is changing every year. We are just glad to be working here and doing our bit for the locals.
