HAPPENWELL CONSTRUCTIONS is based out of House Number 237 in Bazidpur Saboli. We are located in the Nathupur area of Sonepat, which is a bit of a drive out but it’s where we do our best work. It is a quiet enough place compared to the big city, and we like that it lets us focus. The office is really just a base for us to coordinate the different crews we have out on various sites in Haryana. We’ve been here at Bazidpur Saboli for a while now, and we know most of the neighbors. Building things is what we know how to do, whether it's small houses or bigger structures. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find one of us drinking tea and looking over a ledger. We try to be fair with everyone and just get the construction done without too much fuss. It can be a bit dusty and loud around the yard, but that is just the nature of what we do. People around Sonepat know us as the local guys who show up when they say they will. We’ve had some long nights in this office trying to figure out material costs, but it’s part of the life.
