This college is out in Vpo- Madina, which is part of the Gohana area in Sonepat. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so things are usually pretty quiet around our campus. We have a decent-sized building where we train people who want to become teachers themselves one day. The 131001 zip code is mostly made up of fields and small houses, which makes for a calm environment. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting in a suit. Usually, you just walk right in and find one of us in the main office. There’s a lot of regular paperwork involved in running an education college, so our desks are usually covered in files and ledgers. The classrooms have standard wooden benches and green boards. Sometimes the ceiling fans make a bit of a rattling sound when they are on high, but we just ignore it. We have a small library with some reference books that have been there for quite a few years. The students mostly come from the nearby villages and towns. It’s a very grounded and practical atmosphere. We don't spend much money on big advertisements or billboards. People just know we are here through their friends or family. We focus on getting the students through their courses so they can find work in schools. It’s a simple, honest way for us to spend the day. We are just a group of people trying to keep this college going for the community here in Madina.
