Capital Plastic & Steel Industries

Capital Plastic & Steel Industries is based at Plot No-113 in Phase-I of the Hsiidc Industrial Estate in Kundli. It’s a big industrial plot where we handle both plastic and steel materials. The building is quite large because we need the space for the machinery and the raw materials. It’s usually pretty loud inside when the machines are running. We have a small team of workers who show up every morning. We don't have any corporate HR or big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and get to it. The estate in Kundli is quite dusty and can be a bit rough around the edges, but it’s where all the industry happens. We spend a lot of time moving heavy stuff around. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves on the spot. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We’ve got a lot of inventory stacked up in the back. The front office is just a place to keep the ledger and answer the phone. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make things out of plastic and steel. It’s simple, honest work that fills our days. We’ve been at this plot for a long time now and don't see ourselves going anywhere else soon. It is just the way we like to do things here.
