INOX WORLD INDUSTRIES is based out of Kundli, specifically at 333-EPIP in the HSIDC area. It’s a heavy industrial zone, so the air usually smells like metal and machinery. We work with stainless steel here. Our day starts early with the sound of the gates opening and the machines warming up. It’s a big space, but it’s filled with tools, raw steel sheets, and finished parts. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, but we’re used to it. We aren't a corporate office with a lobby. Most of the time, we’re out in the shop area making sure things are being cut and polished correctly. It gets loud when the grinders are going, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been in Kundli for a while, and we’ve seen more factories pop up around us. We don't bother with anything that isn't related to the work at hand. No fancy mission statements here. We just take the steel, do what needs to be done, and get it ready for shipping. The breaks are short, and the tea is usually strong. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It’s just part of the daily grind. We just focus on putting out solid work and keeping the production line moving along.
