Anmol Building Material

Anmol Building Material is our little yard over in Murdhava. We are situated right on Station Road, which stays pretty busy with all the people coming and going. If you know where the Bank of Baroda is, then you’ve basically found us because we are right near there. We deal with the usual stuff people need for building, like bags of cement, piles of sand, and some iron rods. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a place where you pull up your truck and we help you throw the bags in the back. The road gets a bit crowded during the middle of the day, so things can get a little hectic with the traffic. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit around waiting for the next delivery to arrive. Other days, it feels like everyone in town is trying to fix their roof at the same time. We try to keep enough stock so people don’t have to go all the way to the next town. It’s just me and a couple of other guys handling the heavy lifting. We don’t do much advertising. People just know we are here by the bank. It's a straightforward way to make a living, selling what folks need to get their houses finished up. Usually, the coffee from the stall nearby is what keeps us going.
