Yadgiri Konda

Yadgiri Konda is located at C 26/2 Vinkab Vasahat on Akkalkot Road, over in the Pachha Peth area of Solapur. We are pretty close to the MIDC near Vinkar Vasahat. It’s a working-class neighborhood, and our office reflects that. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the work done. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the people on this street. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, which is fine by us. We don't spend money on ads or big signs. When people need help with their construction or planning, they just walk in. We spend our time checking measurements and making sure the plans are accurate. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. The office can get a bit loud with the traffic from Akkalkot Road, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the task at hand, whether it’s a small home or a larger project in the industrial area nearby. There’s no corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to happen to get a building finished. It’s a simple, local business where we value the relationships we’ve built with our neighbors and the people who hire us to help with their projects.
