Waystar Estates is located in Mohol, which is in the Solapur district. We are set up at Abdulraheman shaikh’s place, right near the Gavatya Maruti Mandir. Being near the temple makes it easy for people to find us since everyone knows the Mandir javal area. It is a quiet part of town compared to the big cities, but there is still plenty to do. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a practical space where we handle all our estate work. We mostly deal with local matters around the Taluka Mohol area. Since we are in a smaller place like Solapur, we know many of the faces that pass by. We don't have a huge staff or a reception desk. Usually, it's just one or two of us sitting there working on files or talking to people who walk in. The address 413213 is where we spend most of our time. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to work for ourselves. It can get quite hot here in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. We just focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s checking on land or sorting out some legal papers. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it’s how things get done here. Our door is usually open during the day.
