We are over at Govindsmruti, tucked into A-2/205 within the Mantrichandak Park area on Vijapur Road in Solapur. Even though our name has Pune in it, this office here in Solapur is where most of the actual day-to-day coordination for Rajdeep Buildcon happens. It’s a busy spot near the main road, so there is always noise from traffic and people coming in and out for meetings about various building projects. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with local contractors. Some days it’s just a lot of phone calls and paperwork, trying to make sure the materials show up where they are supposed to. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done and talk to clients who stop by. We’ve been in this part of Solapur for a bit now, so we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when multiple projects are going on at once, but that is just how the construction business goes. We mostly focus on making sure the structures get put up properly and the details are handled right. It’s a lot of manual tracking and keeping tabs on various crews. If you are looking for us, we are just past the main junction. It’s a decent place to work, even if the summers here get really hot and the office gets a bit stuffy during the afternoons. We just keep building things.
